Women’s Taster Session

Welcome to Flag American Football Women's Taster Sessions! Join us at The Meadows for some fun and action-packed flag football sessions. Whether you're a seasoned player or new to the game, these taster sessions are perfect for all skill levels.
Flag American Football has been around in Edinburgh for over 10 years and has recently gained further popularity with it being the newest Olympic sport for LA 2028. It is a non-contact 5-a-side version of American Football. We are looking at creating a team to play in the BAFA Women's Flag Football season later in the year.
Come and experience the excitement of flag football in a friendly and welcoming environment. Don't miss out on this opportunity to learn new skills, meet like-minded individuals, and have a great time!
All you will need is pocketless shorts/leggings/lowers. Non-metal studded boots are recommended but trainers can be worn.
