Celebrate World Mental Health Day with Colour and Community! 🎨🏃‍♂️🌿

Join us for The Colour Run – an untimed 5km event at Peffermill Playing Fields where movement meets mindfulness in a vibrant burst of colour!

This is more than just a run. It’s a chance to come together as a university community, enjoy the great outdoors, and boost your wellbeing through fun, movement, and connection. Whether you walk, jog, or run – or even go twice around to reach the full 5km – this event is for everyone.

🌈 What to Expect:

• A scenic route through Wild Peffermill, a hidden natural haven on campus
• A relaxed, inclusive environment – go at your own pace
• Splashes of colour along the way to brighten your day
• A free white t-shirt, sunglasses, and coloured powder for every participant

Come solo, bring your friends, or make some new ones as we celebrate the joy of movement and highlight one of the five key ways to support your mental wellbeing.
