Lying down and allowing yourself to completely switch off and relax, you will be bathed in soothing sounds and vibrations from Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, chimes, shamanic drum, gong and percussion.
Marcia and Lyle will blend the sounds from their instruments, vibrating deep into the body to provide a relaxing, soothing & healing experience.
We welcome you into our relaxing space with an introductory chat, postural energetics, reiki (if the groups are small) and a guided meditation before sinking deep and allowing yourself to become immersed in our healing sounds.
When relaxing through soothing sound and vibration, your body is affected on a cellular level, opening energy flow to move you back toward healthy alignment.
