SHRUB AGM 2025

Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Sunday, 30th November, 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM at the Edinburgh Student Housing Co-op (EH10 4HR).

We invite you to arrive from 10:45 AM for a short arrival window before we begin promptly at 11:00 AM. Here's what to expect:

👋 Welcome and reflections on the past eight months
💰 Financial updates: review of accounts for the last financial year (April 2024 – March 2025) and current finances
🌿 Project proposals for the Regenerative Futures Fund: hear presentations from the Wee Spoke Hub and Community Archive teams, with opportunities to give feedback and vote
👥 Trustee elections
🥗 Food lovingly prepared by the wonderful team at Himalayan Café.

Please register in advance so we know how many people to expect - it helps us plan for safety and make sure there’s enough delicious food for everyone!

As a cooperative, we follow the principle of one member, one vote - your participation keeps SHRUB thriving and true to our shared values. All SHRUB members are strongly encouraged to attend, and non-members who are interested in learning more about what we do (and perhaps becoming members) are warmly invited to join us too.

Information about proxy voting (for members unable to attend in person) and the detailed schedule for the day will be shared closer to the event. We’ll also follow up if there are any changes to the agenda.
