Shake and Relax

Post Beginners class- This class encourages you to deepen your awareness and develop your TRE practice and relationship with the therapeutic tremors.

You will have already attended a beginners class or an individual session and be comfortable with the tremors.

Expand your understanding of self regulation, titration and pendulation of somatic experiencing.

Enjoy, connect and share the experience of co-regulation in a group situation.
