Think barefoot grounding, Spirit-led reflection, sea air, and a touch of wild wellness.
We will breathe our way into it together, slowly and gently.
This September, I’m hosting a soul-nourishing beach circle designed to help you exhale summer and step into what’s next. This time will be grounded in peace, your body’s wisdom, and a little saltwater air.
🌿 This is for you if you’re craving… – A quiet moment of reflection – A spiritual reset before a busy autumn – A safe space to reconnect with your body, breath and nature.
Expect: – Gentle guided reflection + seasonal meditation – Nervous system barefoot grounding – A sensory moment with the land + sea – Journaling + light snacks shared in soft community

Spaces are limited to keep it intimate and sacred.
