Short facilitator bio

I am Brian, a physiotherapist who works with adults and children and has a fascination with movement. I have put on workshops in the past and am passionate about using balance and dance to get more present in my body. I have also been very engaged with getting back into play as a way to harbour joy and healing in my body and those of my clients. I am a playful soul and really try to encourage collaboration and equality as the focus of any movement practices.
