This event is for everyone.

Over the 90 minutes, expect:

• Mindful, gentle walking
• Sharing of business challenges/successes
• Developing new ideas & Networks
• Silent Reflection
• Meditation
• Connect with others and their ideas, share business challenges and celebrate successes, step back from the everyday busy-ness of life and relax in nature.

You will leave feeling refreshed, invigorated, connected, inspired and happy to be alive, smelling of fire and freedom.

The event will be led by Anna Neubert-Wood. Anna built her passion of enjoying nature, exploring the open space and support female entrepreneurs in to a business - Wander Women. The business facilitates outdoor experiences for Women in a unique mix of mindfulness and adventure.

What to bring

Please bring your walking boots, waterproofs, plenty of warm layers, as well as a journal to take notes.

Also, please bring your own mugs & bottled water. Healthy Snack and hot drinks are provided, as well as seat mats.
