Joke Thieves is the show where comedians perform their own jokes and then perform one another’s. The cult-hit comedy format returns to the Fringe for the first time since 2021, once again
giving audiences the chance to watch comedians ‘swap jokes with a counterpart in this appallingly funny innovation’ (Brian Logan, The Guardian).
It’s ‘a unique, thoroughly enjoyable hour of mischief’ (Fest) that has previously delighted thousands of festival goers with a total of 8 sold-out runs under its belt.

Every show features a brand new line-up of guest comedians joining hosts, Will Mars (Amused Moose Edinburgh Fringe Best Show Nominee 2022) and Bass6 (World Beatbox Champion) for an ‘action-packed and chaotic show that will have you roaring with laughter’ BroadwayBaby.

The show has previously been piloted for BBC2 in the U.K., Comedy Central in the U.S. and has featured on BBC Radio 4’s ‘The Comedy Club’.
In 2024 the show was launched on YouTube and all shows at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2025 are being recorded live for the platform.
