Joanovarc formed in 2015 and quickly rose to prominence with the acclaimed Planet Rock radio singles ‘Live Rock ’n’ Roll, ‘White Trash’ and play listed favourite ‘Seeds of Summer’. The debut album ‘Ride Of Your Life’ was released in 2016 and recorded at the legendary Rockfield Studios and produced by Gil Norton (Foo Fighters). JOANovARC won best film sound track for ‘Seeds of summer’ in 2017 at the independent film awards and featured on a Chinese Netflix movie ‘Triumph in the Skies’.
The self-titled second album also spawned the monster Spotify hit ‘Say Sayonara’ which has achieved nearly ONE MILLION streams to date, and featured on the Rock band 360 Xbox and the Rock Running album.
This further established the band on a global basis, and resulted in invitations to tour Europe, Japan, The Middle East, Caribbean and the USA supporting bands such as ‘Huntress’ with a special performance at The Viper Rooms in Hollywood, Los Angeles.
The band released their 3rd studio album ‘Invisible Enemy’ In 2022 to further acclaim, with the title track ‘Invisible Enemy’ being played and introduced by Johnny Doom on Kerrang! Radio and also gaining track of the week on Planet Rock.
