Training is primarily intended for existing/returning club players, as well as new players who wish to join our Women's 3rd team (SVL2), Men's 2nd (SVL1) and 3rd team (SVL2) for the coming season. Participants are requested to arrive 10 minutes earlier and assist with setting up the posts + net.

- Men’s 2nd (SVL1) & 3rd (SVL2) team 18:45-20:45 (Coach: Nisbet)
- Women’s 3rd team (SVL2) 18:45-20:45 (Coach: Frank)
