Join experts from the City of Edinburgh Council and Under One Roof for a morning event on tenement management and repair.
They'll sharing knowledge of how to organise and pay for repairs in the shared, or ‘common,’ areas of your building.
Registration opens at 9.30am, with tea and coffee available.
You’ll hear from
- Jacqueline Omoniyi, Education and Training Officer from Under One Roof. Under One Roof is Scotland’s only charity delivering free information and advice to tenement owners, landlords and housing professionals. Jacqueline has a wealth of information to share on how to organise tenement repairs.
- Christine Bone from the Council’s shared repairs service who will explain how the service can help you to navigate the repairs process.
- Hilary Dooley talks about the Council’s local heat and energy efficiency strategy, what it means for you, and she will touch on opportunities to help improve your property.
