Edinburgh heavy bois Hammer are bringing a variety of sick riffs to the capital to accompany their headline show at Legends this May. 2024 brought around a lot of good times for Hammer, with a performance at Bloodstock to top things off. This was also an opportunity to see and meet some bands from across the UK who shared the Newblood stage and now the bands have been working together to set up a number of gigs in England and Scotland. This is a diverse and exciting lineup that will be worth making the time to come and check out.
Hammer
Having released two singles in 2024, the band are now working towards releasing more music this year. Kicking off the year with a UK tour, the 5 piece are looking to keep up the momentum both live and in the studio. Combining elements of death, groove and extreme metal, Hammer deliver a noisy and energetic performance live.
Froglord
Bristol M2TM winners have been working hard lately, with their new album 'Metamorphosis' landing on the 2nd of May. 2025 is packed full of dates for those that love sludge, doom and frogs. With a killer and distinct look, the band describe seeing themselves live as 'wandering through a hazy swamp after dark' and they're guaranteed to bring their atmosphere to Legends.
Space Pistol
Hailing from Milton Keynes, Space Pistol are a pink boiler suit clad group of grunge riff slingers. Having coming out on top of the 2024 M2TM in Northants they also released a cracking album last year. 2025 is absolutely packed to the brim with tour dates for the Southern hailing 3 piece.
Kraken Waker
Having smashed the Newcastle Metal to the Masses, the mighty bearded and handsome Kraken Waker filled 2024 with riffs from their album 'Be Good'. The North East three piece will be bringing their riffs, grooves and beards to the stage at Legends with their unique brand of stoner loudness.
