• The Laser Garden: An area where lasers and light effects transform the botanical landscape into an otherworldly experience.
• Toasting Marshmallows: Visitors can enjoy this classic festive treat over a communal fire pit (separate charges apply).
• Santa Sighting: Look out for Santa along the trail, adding to the festive magic.
• Seasonal Delights: The trail offers various seasonal delights from street food vendors, including creamy hot chocolate and spiced winter warmers (separate charges apply).

• Booking: Advance booking is highly recommended. Look for off-peak pricing and reduced family tickets.

• Quiet Sessions (for visitors with specific requirements) will be held at 4:00 PM on 30 November, 3 December, and 10 December.
• A Pamiloo's Changing Places toilet will be available on 20 November, 3 December, and 10 December.
• Sustainability: The event is designed with sustainability in mind, running off mains power (no generators) with 98% of lights being energy-efficient LEDs.
