We’re launching our Apprentice recruitment drive for 2026 and hosting Open Evenings at our offices to give candidates the opportunity to find out more about our Apprentice scheme, meet members of our team and learn what it’s like to take this route into a rewarding career in accounting, finance and business advisory.

The AAB Apprenticeship Programme is a fantastic alternative route into a career in accountancy and business advisory. Our apprenticeship programme allows you to earn a competitive salary and develop new skills while working in a progressive, diverse, energetic and stimulating environment. After gaining valuable knowledge and practical experience, you will start to study towards your chosen professional qualification.
