Due to popular demand, I’ve added a bonus date for my 7 Keys chakra workshop this September!

This is my signature Chakradance™ workshop—a full journey through the 7 chakras using meditation, movement, music, and mandala-making. A gentle, nourishing way to come back to yourself and reset your energy after summer.
