Online Trigger Point Pilates

Trigger Point Pilates applies Myofascial Principal to alleviate chronic pain conditions and restructure the body through Pilates movements. As everyone, however fit they are will have extreme tightness somewhere in their body to living with chronic pain. Chronic pain as you now know occurs from injury, illness, stress, post-operative scar tissue, structural posture dysfunctions and fascia damage from too intense training.
This class will aid any local pain, release muscle tension within the fascia of the tense muscles and it will improve: spine mobility, posture awareness and your body stability overall. You will feel just wonderful! :-)
