Go behind the scenes of Hollywood horror in this live special effects makeup workshop with Jason Vines, an Austin-based SFX makeup artist and prop fabricator known for his work on Fear the Walking Dead, Alita: Battle Angel, and Spy Kids: Armageddon.
Jason will demonstrate how to create a close-up-ready "hero" zombie makeup look, sharing techniques for prosthetic building, blending, and layering effects to achieve a cinematic and realistic character.
