Sound Meditation: Immerse in the soothing sounds of various instruments like crystal bowls, native flutes, drums, and chimes to promote deep relaxation and stress relief.
This unique experience is designed to nurture your heart, body, mind, and spirit, leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed.

All are welcome—no prior experience is necessary. Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket, and anything else you'd like to support your comfort (pillows, eye mask, water, etc).
