About the event

Outdoor QiGong @ Edinboro Art and Music Festival
Start your Saturday off with outdoor Qigong, led by Jenn Shepherd! Qigong an age-old practice that harnesses the power of breath, movement, and intention setting to create health and balance within the body. Qigong uses exercises to optimize energy within the body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well-being.

The class will be on in the Yoga Tent at Goodell Gardens and Homestead - no experience necessary, all levels and ages are welcome! All festival events, including workshops, are free and open to the public. Hope to see you there!
