Jean Nitchals—Reiki Master, Conscious Breathwork Facilitator, and Internationally Accredited Sound Healer—will guide you through a 40-minute immersive crystal bowl sound bath to help release stress, reset your nervous system, and ground your energy.

🔥 About the Sauna Experience:Detox, relax, and restore in a state-of-the-art Perspire infrared sauna suite. Your session includes the option to continue the sound bath audio or enjoy peaceful silence. End with optional gentle stretches or breathwork to elevate the experience.
