Info: Mary Younggren is the owner and principal of Advent Talent Group, a local, award-winning staffing & recruiting agency with three areas of specialization: Marketing & Creative, Accounting & Office, and Human Resources. Mary is widely recognized as an expert in her field and regularly consults with hiring and organizational leaders about the future of work. As the Director of HR Solutions for Advent, Michelle O'Kelley leverages her deep expertise in business operations, hiring strategy and consultation, and client relations to oversee Advent’s fastest-growing area of practice.

Info: Allen brings a 20-year history of providing individual and group workforce development services to a vast demographic. He has developed a nationally recognized skills-based delivery model alongside the MPLS and St. Paul Chambers of Commerce, and the Twin Cities Metro County Workforce Boards.


Allen holds a master’s in education with a specialty in career and technical curriculum, a bachelor’s in behavioral science, and a Human Resources Generalist certification.


Currently, Allen works as a senior workforce development training specialist supporting 150 human service staff in onboarding, upskilling, and motivational interviewing


Allen is also an active business consultant/instructor in skills-based hiring and employee development, supporting HR’s and business teams.
