Sharon Sharkey passed away suddenly last July, leaving behind her devoted partner Nicholas, their beautiful young daughter Cara, and a loving family who miss her deeply every single day. Sharon was a kind, generous and loyal person who gave so much of herself to others, touching the lives of everyone she met and always put others before herself. Her sudden passing has left an irreplaceable void in the hearts of all those who knew and loved her. To honour Sharon’s memory, we, Sharon’s local community, are coming together to organise a special fundraiser in her memory on Saturday the 16th of August 2025 at the Percy French Hotel, Strokestown at 7pm. Everyone is welcome to join us on the night. There will be live music and an auction. All proceeds raised will go directly towards providing a secure future for Nicholas and Cara, a lasting tribute to the love and light Sharon shared during her life. Please support this very worthy cause by donating whatever you can. Every donation, big or small, will make a real difference and is deeply appreciated.
Every donation made before 7:00 PM on August 16th, 2025 will be automatically entered into a draw for a chance to win some fantastic prizes.
(Please note: Anonymous donations or those received after 7:00 PM on 16th August will not be eligible for the draw, but will still go towards supporting Nicholas and Cara).
