10:00 – 10:15 | Welcome Tea & Intention Setting
Herbal tea & light healthy snack (seasonal fruit, oat biscuits).
Set a personal intention for the morning.
10:15 – 11am | Gentle Yoga & Breathwork
Slow, grounding stretches.
Breathing techniques to awaken and focus.
11 - 11:30| Creative Dance Flow
Playful, guided movement to release tension and open up creative energy.
No dance experience needed — this is expressive, not performative.
11:30 - 12:00 | Sound Bath & Guided Visualisation
Crystal bowls, chimes, gentle percussion.
Imagery designed to spark inspiration.
12:00 - 1:30pm | Art & Journaling Time
Mini Reflexology Sessions
While the group journals/creates, each participant receives a 10-minute seated reflexology treatment to deepen relaxation.
12:25 – 12:30 | Closing Circle
Sharing reflections.
