Sound Bath with Tara O

Come reset with a sound bath journey.

We will begin with a guided meditation, followed by a variety of instruments such as drums, chimes, and crystal singing instruments.

The vibrations of sound encourage balance in our body and peace of mind. Sound healing is an opportunity to witness our thoughts and emotions, deepening our connection to self.

Please arrive a few minutes early to settle into place. The doors will shut at 5:05 and we will begin. Feel free to bring your own comfort items such as essential oils, yoga mat, pillow, or blankets. Blue Feather has some available as well.

I have two reclining floor chairs available for those needing extra support.
