Community Drum Circle

February invites us to return to the heart-not just in love for others, but in compassion for ourselves and connection with community. This drum circle is a space to release stress, soften the nervous system, and come back into rhythm with what's real and alive within you.
Together we'll gather in a supportive circle, using rhythm to ground, express, and reconnect. No Drumming experience is necessary-just bring your presence, curiosity, and willingness to feel the beat. Drums will be available for use or bring one of your own. All are welcome.
