About the event

Yoga, Barre, and Core in the Garden

Join us Thursday evenings from July to September for a peaceful practice surrounded by the beauty of our lush gardens. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, this outdoor session offers the perfect way to relax and reconnect with nature.

Your instructors for this fusion class of barre, core work, and yoga are Lindsay, Lauren & Emily.
(20-minute barre workout, 20-minute core and 20-minute yoga)

6:00pm - 7:00pm. Members, $36 and Non-Members $41.
