Our fascia holds the heavy energy of past experiences, stressors, and traumas and can become ridden with tension, stiffness, and even pain.
Teresa will guide us through fascial maneuvers and emotional release supporting us in letting go of the stuck energies that stifle our forward movement into this year of the Horse.
