Through meditation techniques rooted in the ancient Kundalini Tantra, we will awaken the divine energy latent within our bodies, igniting a sacred spiral of transformation and illumination.
During this 3-hour event, Grand Master Ashramacharini Miel Arunima will guide us through a series of dynamic tantric practices, to help us access and release deep emotions. Once unblocked and unleashed, our inner shakti unlocks our transformative potential empowering us to own our truth and create the life that we were always meant to live. A sacred Mayan cacao ceremony and meditation will integrate our experience leaving us feeling sublimely revitalized and blissful.
Led by Miel Arunima, a Grand Master Ashramacharini and an experienced facilitator of feminine empowerment. Miel began to practice yoga as a child with her grandmother in Argentina. For the past 15 years she has been traveling through South America and Asia, integrating through movement and mindfulness new techniques and experiences of emotional liberation. Having studied under two masters of Integral yoga and Kundalini yoga, she now dedicates her life to respectful parenting and gestation, continuing her studies as a midwife after giving birth to her second daughter naturally and in nature. Miel currently lives in Cozumel Mexico where she leads regular Kundalini Tantra Yoga retreats and trainings.
