This two-hour experience is an invitation to slow down, soften, and return to yourself through sacred practices that honour the feminine.
Together, we’ll move through:
❊ Breath + Sage Clearing. A simple ritual to settle the space and clear what no longer serves.
❊ Rose Anointing. A moment of tenderness ⟡ touching the body with intention and reverence.
❊ Cacao Ceremony. A warm cup. A gentle opening. A space to meet what’s been in the way of deeper self-devotion.
❊ Guided Meditation. Quieting the mind ⟡ deepening into stillness.
❊ Altar Creation. Create a simple altar that reflects what devotion looks like to you.
❊ Journaling. Write your own vow or prayer ⟡ not for anyone else, just for you.
❊ Movement Practice. Let it move through you ⟡ your truth, your devotion, your freedom.
❊ Optional Sharing. Speak your prayer aloud, if you feel called.
This is not about performance ⟡ it’s about presence. Not about doing more, but remembering who you already are.
