"well-BEING in the woods" is a gentle monthly reset, an invitation to step away from the noise and reconnect with yourself and the natural world, even just for a little while. Held outdoors on the first Friday of each month, these mindful woodland sessions offer a beautifully simple way to prioritise your wellbeing without needing to commit to big routines or long hours.
What to expect
In just over an hour, we’ll gently guide you back to centre through:
Mindful Walking - Slow, grounding movement through nature to settle your nervous system and awaken your senses.
Breathwork - Simple, calming techniques to help you release tension and return to the present moment.
Outdoor Meditation - A guided practice surrounded by the sounds and smells of the woods, designed to quiet the mind and soothe the soul.
Reflection & Intention Setting - Time to tune inward and consider what you need more of, and less of in the month ahead.
Expect to leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more resourced for life’s demands. This is your time to reconnect, recharge, and return to your day with clarity and a deeper sense of wellbeing.

After each session, we’ll meander over to the brand new Fika Blends & Friends, a beautiful horse trailer coffee hut nestled nearby, where you can enjoy an optional hot drink and nourishing snack. Whether you fancy a fresh artisan brew or simply want to soak up the warm, welcoming atmosphere, it’s a gorgeous space to connect with others or enjoy a few more peaceful moments before heading off.
