Our class has been specifically designed to make movement fun, varied, achievable and more inclusive. With an extensive range of music, there is something for everyone. Described as ‘a bit of everything in one class; combat style stress bust section, BOOST your mood section, strength section, and our osteopath-developed stretch.
We embrace our flaws, and celebrate group fitness in own unique way; leaving you BOOSTed both physically and mentally. Our supportive, judgement-free environment allows you to be your authentic self, no expectations, no keeping up, just a really incredible workout!
