Saturday
11:00 Check-in in classroom
11:00 – 12:00 Orientation and foundational instruction (in the classroom)
12:00-2:00 1st underwater video and group instruction in the pool.
2:00-3:30 Classroom workshop and review of video #1.
3:30-5:00 Group instruction in the pool

Sunday
9-10:30 Group instruction in the pool
10:30-12 Class video review
1:00 - 2:30 Group instruction in the pool and 4th underwater video
2:30 - 3:30 Classroom wrap-up and review of video #4
