Description: Join us for an exciting introduction to Fortis Fitness! Whether you're a seasoned gym-goer or looking for a place to start, this event is perfect for anyone looking to better engage in their fitness goals. We'll be breaking a sweat with a sampling of our Fusion Circuit Class, which breaks down into 1 of 3 categories; Form, Power and Speed.

You'll be introduced to each exercise for a safe and effective workout, while being monitored by our trained instructors to ensure proper form and provide additional modifications where needed.

Plus, those in attendance will be entered into our raffle for a FREE month membership.
