Dialogue at Kröller-Müller Museum and Sculpture Garden
Prints by Sculptors & Philosophizing with Art

This Sculpture Network Dialogue takes you into the heart of the Kröller-Müller Museum, exploring the current exhibition Prints by Sculptors and engaging in an interactive experience of Philosophizing with Art, a method developed by Marja van Rossum. Together, we will explore the museum’s grounds, enjoy a guided philosophical journey, and meet the collectors behind the Otte-Cavalcanti Collection.

Programm:

11:00 Arrival & Coffee at the Museum Café

11:30 Welcome & Introduction by Marja van Rossum
Introduction to the method Philosophizing with Art, developed in the Kröller-Müller Museum to spark reflective and engaging conversations about art.

12:00 Philosophical Walk in the Sculpture Garden
Experience artworks by Tom Claassen and others through guided reflection and discussion using the Philosophizing with Art method.

13:15 Lunch in the Garden (Tent Pavilion)
Informal time to connect with fellow participants. Please bring your own presentation (catalogue/portfolio) for networking.

14:45 Visit to the Prints by Sculptors exhibition
Including an exclusive conversation with the collectors of the Otte-Cavalcanti Collection

15:45 Free Time to Explore the Museum or Sculpture Garden

17:15 Picknick drink at the ‘Three Upright Motives’ by Henri Moore, 10 min. walk from the entree of the museum.
(Drinks provided by SN, if the weather conditions are well)

19:00 End of the Meeting

Participation

Normal: 25,00 EUR
Sculpture Network members: 10,00 EUR

The participation fee is to be paid in cash on site.
Including: coffee, guided tours, dialogue wiith the collectors, philpsophical dialogue guided by Marja van Rossum, picknick drins and bites.
Entry fee to the De Hoge Veluwe National Park (13,40 EUR) and to the Museum (13,40 EUR) is not included (free acces with Museumjaarkaart and ICOM kaart).

The programme will be held in Dutch.

The number of participants is limited.
Maximum 25 attendees. Members priority.
