Pelvic Floor Workshop

We're welcoming Y members to learn more about pelvic floor health. Dr. Paranjothi, a Pelvic Floor Specialist, will lead this workshop and cover topics like:
- Pelvic pain
- Embarrassing leakage
- Bladder prolapse
- Tailbone/sitting pain

This workshop is free and open to Y members only. Registration is not required.
