Metal Flow Yoga at Broken Goblet

Home Brewed Events and Broken Goblet have come together for a monthly ALL AGES music-focused yoga class at their brewery and live music venue. This accessible class is meant for folks who love music and are curious about yoga - all levels are welcome! Move through an hour-long class with Meredith Rebar, a music and events veteran and 200-hour certified yoga teacher from Monarch Yoga. Hang out afterward in the Mixing Room next door to enjoy one FREE 8 oz beer!

About the Instructor: As a busy small business owner with over 15 years in the events, beer, and spirits industry, Meredith relies on yoga to maintain a balanced and mindful life. After finishing the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Monarch Yoga in Kensington, she is excited to make yoga accessible and available for everyone, especially for music lovers, musicians, and folks in the industry. Enjoy a punk, ska, emo, indie, and metal music playlist during her classes!
