"Mead & Greet"

Join us for our first ever event at Nic's Corner Bistro!

We will be hosting "Savage Bees Meadery", out of Stanfield, OR, locally owned. They will be serving 5 different kinds of mead wine, and Nic's will be adding a tasting menu for each mead to enhance the flavors of the wine. Mead wine is an alcoholic beverage made using water, yeast, & honey (honey as the main fermentable sugar). It can be flavored with fruits, vegetables, spices, herbs or even nuts. It is a great alcohol option for gluten intolerance. Elon Martin, Head Brewer, will be explaining along the way of the tasting of each mead wine flavor profiles.
