SQUAD TRAINING

We are pleased to begin our preparations for the upcoming tournament in November. These sessions will cover tips and drills to help you with Tournament Sparring, Forms and Weapons. In regular classes we often don't have time to go into the detail needed to prepare. I want to share with you all that I have learnt to help you with being the best version of yourself possible for the day of the event. Please sign up ASAP so you can get as much help as possible leading up to the event.

Full Sparring Gear (If you have your own)
Gum Shield
Groin Guard (For Males)
