You dont need to be fit to start , you have to start to get fit.
Come along just for fitness or to start your boxing journey, you can tailor this to your need .
If you dont use it ,you lose it.
Movement is the best medicine, even of you do some of the session.
If you say you are coming please try and make it regular , training once a month will not make any difference to your progression.
