Step out of the noise and into the stillness.

This Sunday, we gather for a deeply grounding sound bath, immersed in the medicine of summer herbs and the steady rhythm of healing sound.

Let the earth hold you. Let the sound wash through you.
Let yourself soften into the medicine of this moment.

We’ll slow down together—surrounded by the scents of seasonal plants, the steady hum of crystal bowls, and the warmth of summer nights.

Cost is $20.
Yoga mats and meditation cushions are provided. You are encouraged to bring your favorite cozy item from home to deepen into the relaxation experience.
