This one hour sound bath is a gentle reset for your body, mind, and spirit.

You’ll be held in a sacred space of soothing frequencies and botanical resonance.
Let the tones of crystal singing bowls, the heartbeat of the wave drum, the grounding rhythm of the tongue drum, and the shimmering hush of chimes guide you inward.

We’ll begin with an intentional herbal blessing to anchor into presence, soften the edges, and invite renewal.
The entire space will be infused with the scent and spirit of plant allies chosen to support your journey.
