Reiki Infused Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga targets the deeper connective tissues, such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia. By holding passive poses for an extended period, typically 2-5 minutes we stimulate the relaxation response, allowing muscles to soften and release tension. This creates more circulation & lessens inflammation within the body.
Yin Yoga combined with Reiki offers a harmonious blend of gentle movement and energy healing. This holistic practice promotes deep relaxation, balance, and rejuvenation. Experience increased flexibility, stress relief, and emotional well-being as you nourish your body, mind, and spirit.
