We’re trying something new on Tuesday, August 26th, and it’s for someone incredibly special to our extended restaurant family at Northern Taphouse. 💛
Since June 2022, Sal has been the heart and soul of the kitchen at one of our Northern Taphouse locations, leading with passion, skill, and kindness. He’s always been the rock for his family — a dedicated husband to his wife Ellie and proud dad to their 15-year-old son, Andrew — balancing the roles of provider, caregiver, and emotional anchor. Now, as Sal focuses on his health after a recent colon cancer diagnosis, it’s our turn to be there for him.
For the first time ever, we’ll be hosting a trivia night as part of a fundraiser for Sal and his family. We’ll share all the details soon, but for now, mark your calendars, spread the word, and get ready to show your support.
Let’s make August 26th a night full of fun, generosity, and community that Sal and his family will never forget.
