Chalice Camp: 8/11 - 8/14 *Registration is Closed*

**Registration is Closed**

During the week of August 11 - 14, children in grades Kindergarten - 6th grade are invited to join us at the UUC for Chalice Camp to have fun, play games, and give their parents/guardians a break before school starts again.

Camp runs from 8:30 am - 11:30 am Monday, August 11th - Thursday, August 14th and admission is $20. Fill out this form to reserve your child's spot at Camp. Camp is limited to 20 children. You can pay online at the UUC store or drop a check off at the UUC office (421 S. Farwell St).

Teens in 7th grade and up are welcome to attend, at no charge, as volunteers to assist the younger kids.
