The Fall Equinox marks a moment of balance — day and night in perfect harmony. It’s a natural invitation to pause, find your center, and reflect on what you’re ready to harvest before the quieter months ahead.
In this 75-minute workshop, we’ll explore the Earth element — the home of stability, nourishment, and clarity — through the grounding practices of Qigong and Yin Yoga.
✨ Qigong (led by Sandra) is a mindful movement practice from Chinese medicine, using flowing, meditative sequences to harmonize your energy, calm your mind, and strengthen your center.
✨ Yin Yoga (led by Ariane) invites you to slow down and settle into longer-held postures that target the deep connective tissues, release stored tension, and cultivate stillness.
Together, we’ll move and breathe with intention, welcoming the seasonal shift from the vibrant energy of summer toward the introspection of winter. This is your space to restore balance, create spaciousness in body and mind, and step into your “yinner” season with ease.
All levels welcome. No prior Qigong or Yin experience needed — just come with curiosity and a willingness to be present.
All props and mats provided, just wear something comfy and some layers in case you cool.
