Tyler is just 35 years old. A devoted husband, proud father, and the kind of guy that would give the shirt off his back without hesitation. He grew up in our community and still calls it home, living here with his wife and daughter, who are his entire world! Tyler's adventurous, full of heart, and always the first to show up when someone needs a hand.
On March 2nd, 2025, Tyler received life-changing news; he had been diagnosed with Stage 3 Malignant Melanoma, a serious and aggressive form of skin cancer. Doctors determined the cancer started in his lymph nodes, not on the surface, making it more difficult to detect.
Since Tyler's diagnosis, he has undergone multiple rounds of Chemotherapy. While the tumor has shown some signs of shrinkage, it hasn't responded enough. He'll need more treatments before doctors can safely move forward with the surgery he'll need.
This journey has already forced Tyler to miss weeks of work, and the road ahead includes a minimum of 3-5 weeks of recovery post surgery. The emotional and physical toll has been immense, and the financial burden continues to grow heavier by the day.
