No experience necessary! Dr. Paul Lam’s Sun-Style Tai Chi for Arthritis has been approved by the CDC and Arthritis Foundation for its many benefits, including improved joint health and mental wellbeing. This mindful movement meditation is great for balance, calm focus and longevity. Relax and be inspired!
Registration and attendance at all 6 sessions is requested, since this is a form that is learned gradually and repetitively over time (and missing a session can be disruptive for your learning process).
