Have a question or concern related to pregnancy, birth, infant feeding, sleep, or other parenting topic?
Mama Bear team members take turns facilitating this FREE Live Virtual Support Circle where you can visit with us AND with other parents.
Sometimes we have a particular topic running - see details below. You will notice that once in a while we welcome a guest to speak on something in particular, as well.
Other times, we host Open Forums, and on these occasions there will not be a formal topic discussed. Instead, time will be left open intentionally for the conversation to organically happen and go where it needs to go.
No participation expectations; come and listen or come and talk ... or maybe a little of each! We'd love to have you join in for any or all of these support opportunities.
The Mama Bear team is passionate about supporting parents and their real-life needs. We value meeting families where they are with useful education, nonjudgmental support, and further resources for their journey.
