Latitude 44 Yoga Studio's 11th International Day of Yoga

FREE yoga in Phoenix Park!

Join us for the 11th IDoY FREE class instructed in the Great Lawn (by the High Five Dog statue/in front of RCU building)

Date: Wed. June 18th at 5:30p; community starts to gather at 5:00p
Location: Great Lawn in Phoenix Park (by the High Five Dog statue)
Bring: a blanket or yoga mat, water, and a self provided snack or meal for after.
Class Highlights: Gentle flow, and Sound Bath (multiple teachers)
Cost: FREE

The yoga continues... Stick around after a nourishing class to hang out in the lawn, enjoy a casual (self-provided) meal, and foster relationships with incredible community. The whole family is welcome! Expect a slowed, intentional flow for 45 minutes, followed by a soothing Sound Bath to finish melting into your mat. 💚

Pre-registration is not needed, but is greatly appreciated for our preparation, and in case of any weather-related updates, etc.
